defendant Michael B. Johnson pursuant to his Consent to entry of the Judgment on January 17, 2006. The Judgment would require Johnson to pay a penalty of $35,000 and dismiss all remaining claims against him. There is no just reason for delay of the Judgment as to Michael B. Johnson and it should be entered promptly. 2. The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a Motion for Judgment as to

defendant Michael Johnson & Co. pursuant to its Consent to entry of the Judgment on January 17, 2006. The Judgment would dismiss all claims against Michael Johnson & Co. There is no just reason for delay of the Judgment as to Michael Johnson & Co. and it should be entered promptly.
