ORDER: Trial is set for April 7, 2008 to begin at 1:00 p.m. in courtroom A901, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. April 14, 2008 will be a dark day, no trial will be held on that date. The Court sets a deadline 30 days from today's date for all witnesses who the parties cannot compel to be here by subpoena and through whom they want to admit documents. The parties will list for each witness the documents they seek to admit. The Court sets a deadline of September 30, 2006 for the filing of a motion to request the taking of depositions.
