By Minute Order [#83] entered May 21, 2007, the plaintiff was given until the close of business on June 1, 2007, to file a status report, reporting the status of the litigation, including the status of the litigation as concerns the lone, remaining defendant, Project Dacono, LLC. On June 1, 2007, the plaintiff filed the required Status Report, see [#84], representing that "[a]ll parties have reached a settlement in this matter . . . " via the judgments entered by this court. See id. at ¶ 4. Thus, this case should be closed. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this case is closed. Dated: June 19, 2007.
