ORDER FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT This matter came before the Court, the Honorable Robert Blackburn, District Judge presiding, on two Stipulations for Entry of Judgment. The first is a Stipulation for Entry of Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff FMF, an Oregon Charitable Foundation, and against Defendants Glen W. Hilker, H.B. Investors, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, HSB Development Company, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, HSB Development Company, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, Westco Investments and Finance, Inc., a Colorado Corporation, and Tricord, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Hilker Defendants"). The second Stipulation for Entry of Judgment is between Plaintiff Foreign Mission Foundation, an Oregon charitable foundation, and Defendants, Larry M. Baker, First American Properties, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, and Brookshire Development Company, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Baker Defendants"). It is ordered and adjudged therefore as follows: 1. Judgment shall enter in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Hilker Defendants in the amount of $500,000.00, joint and several, with interest on said judgment at the statutory rate as of the date of this Order, until fully paid; and

2. Judgment shall enter in favor of the Plaintiff, FMF, and against the Baker Defendants in the amount of $500,000.00, joint and several, with interest on said judgment, at the statutory rate from the date of this Order, until fully paid. DATED in Denver, Colorado this day of BY THE COURT: , 2006.
