Discussion regarding schedule for trial to jury set to commence on Monday, June 25, 2007 and that the trial may go into a third week. Two-week trial to jury, set to commence on Monday, June 25, 2007, is RESET to commence on Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at 1:30 p.m., in courtroom A-1002. Court outlines trial procedures.
