Court calls case. Appearance of counsel. Plaintiff appears by telephone. The Court states that the United States Marshal Service has not yet served the following defendants: Ryan Bradley, Mary Demming, Jason Coolidge, Aaron Cherino, Sandra CannonGrant, and Charles Abbott. ORDERED: The Show Cause Order will remain in effect and this hearing is RESET to August 26, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The Pro se Plaintiff shall participate by telephone. His case manager, with Pro se Plaintiff, shall contact the Court at (303)844-2403 at the date and time above. The United States Marshal Service shall effect service of process on the follow unserved defendants as previously ordered: Ryan Bradley, Mary Demming, Jason Coolidge, Aaron Cherino, Sandra Cannon-Grant, and Charles Abbott.

ORDERED:

Discussion regarding discovery and the deadline for Joinder of Parties and Amendment of Pleading. ORDERED: Discovery in this case shall go forward as previously ordered.
