that you present this to the judge qho assigned in the above civil
matter. I make this urgent request because the interrogatories...
filed in the matter of the defensant's.
They're are asking for some material that I cannot provide to
them unless you give an order (directive) releasing these documents
to me and at the same time, I requesting for an extension of time
until I am able to aqcuire this docmented material for the defend-
ant's to be able to truthfully answer any quésfionsiturthfully on
