Use this form ONLY when each constituent corporation is an OKLAHOMA corporation. FILING FEE: IF the authorized capital of the surviving or resulting corporation is increased to a figure greater than the combined authorized capital of all corporations involved plus $50,000.00, the filing fee shall be equal to one-tenth of one percent (1/10th of 1%) of such increase.
