STATEMENT OF CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE OR REGISTERED AGENT, OR BOTH, BY A CORPORATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING FORM 9 [RSA 293-A:5.02(a) and RSA 293-A:15.08(a)]

RSA 293-A:5.01 Registered Office and Registered Agent. (of a N.H. corporation) Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state: (1) A registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business. (2) A registered agent, who may be: (i) An individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office; (ii) A domestic corporation or not-for-profit domestic corporation whose business office is identical with the registered office; or (iii) A foreign corporation or not-for-profit foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state whose business office is identical with the registered office. RSA 293-A:15.07 Registered Office and Registered Agent of Foreign Corporation. Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall continuously maintain in this state: (1) a registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and (2) a registered agent, who may be: (i) an individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office; (ii) a domestic corporation or not-for-profit domestic corporation whose business office is identical with the registered office; or (iii) a foreign corporation or foreign not-for-profit corporation authorized to transact business in this state whose business office is identical with the registered office.
Notes:

1. Refer to law quoted above for who may serve as agent. If a post office box is given, the physical location must also be given. 2. Signature and title of person signing for the corporation. Must be signed by chairman of the board of directors, president or another officer; or see RSA 293-A:1.20(f) for alternative signatures.
