1 Marion H. Little, Jr., first being duly sworn according to law, deposes and states that
2 he has personal knowledge of matters set forth herein except as specifically noted otherwise,
3 and further states as follows:
4 l. I ain one of the attorneys representing The O. N. Equity Sales
5 Company ("ONESCO”), the Plaintiff in the above-referenced action.
6 2. I ain also one of the attorneys representing ONESCO in a series of
7 I Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, formerly National Association of Securities Dealers
8 l (“NASD"), arbitration actions filed against UNESCO by numerous parties who are
