1 I, Geoffrey A. Munroe, declare as follows:
2 1. I am a member in good standing of the California State Bar and an associate at the law
3 finn of Girard Gibbs LLP, counsel of record for Plaintiff in Irvine v. General Motors, et al., Case No.
4 3:07—CV—3651—MMC. I make this declaration based on my personal knowledge, and if called to testify
5 to the contents thereof} I could and would competently do so.
6 2. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of the class action complaint filed
7 on May 15, 2007, in Gonzales, et al. v. General Motors, et al., Case No. 3:07-CV-2580-EMC.
8 3. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is a true and correct copy of the class action complaint filed
9 on June 16, 2007 in Irvine v. General Motors, et al., Case N0. 3:07-CV-3651-MMC.
10 4. Local Rule 3-12 requires an Administrative Motion to Consider Whether Cases Should
A 11 Be Related to be filed promptly. Therefore, a stipulation could not be entered prior to the filing of
12 Plaintiff s Administrative Motion.
