19 GREETINGS TO: BJ Cecil Trucking, Inc.
20 An application for a Writ of Garnishment against the property of James Riley,
21 defendant, has been filed with this Court. A judgment has been entered against the above-
22 named defendant in the amount of $2,712.00 consisting of principal, costs and accruing
23 interest. There is a balance due of $716.93 through November 1, 2007.
24 You are required by law to answer in writing, under oath, within @ days, whether
25 or not you have in your possession any non—exempt property of the defendant.
26 Pending further order of this court, you shall withhold and retain on a continuing
27 basis 25% of the defendant judgment debtor's non·exempt earnings, if any, as you
28 determine in accordance with the Non—Exempt Earnings Statement form attached to the
Answer of Gamishee form provided you.

9 Under the law, there are disposable earnings which are exempt from this writ of
10 Garnishment. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §1674, Garnishee is prohibited from discharging the
11 defendant from employment by reason of the fact that his earnings have been subject to
12 garnishment for any one indebtedness.
13 If you fail to answer this writ or withhold property in accordance with this writ, the
14 United States of America may petition the Court for an order requiring you to appear
15 before the Court. If you fail to appear or do appear and fail to show good cause why you
16 failed to comply with this writ, the Court may enter a judgment against you for the value
17 of the debtor's non-exempt property. It is unlawful to pay or deliver to the defendant any
18 item attached by this writ.
