14 Defendant appeared before this Court on a Petition for Revocation of Supervised
1 5 Release. The Court considered the Petition and tile in detennining whether defendant should
i 16 be released on conditions set by the Court. ‘
17 _ The Court finds that defendant has failed to carry his burden of establishing that he
18 will not flee or pose a danger to any other person or to the community pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
19 §3 l42(b) or (e). Further, that there is no condition or combination of conditions that will
20 reasonably assure the appearance of defendant as required or reasonably assure the safety of
21 others and the community. _
22 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant be detained pending further
` 23 proceedings. 18 U.S.C. §3.l43; Rules 32.l(a)(1) and 46(c), Federal Rules of Criminal
24 Procedure. ·_ _
