Final judgment having been entered, Defendant Fleetwood Motor Home filed a Bill of Costs on June 15, 2006, seeking the taxation of $4,123.83. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(2) & (3), of the $2,987.52 claimed, only $2,057.12 is allowed. (No Per Diem, Min-U-Script or Word Index allowed.) 2. Other Costs - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), the $1,136.39 claimed is denied. It is therefore ordered that $2,057.12 be taxed by the clerk and made part of the judgment.
