Defendant, through undersigned counsel, respectfully moves the Court to continue sentencing for 30 days as defense counsel needs additional time to review the presentence report with defendant and to draft and file any applicable objections and memoranda. Counsel has been in trial and has been unable to confer with defendant. Counsel has discussed this motion with AUSA Sharon Sexton and she has no objection. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. Section 3161(h) may occur as a result of this motion or from any attendant orders.
