19 do, however, disagree with the statement contained in the Motion that "[t]here are no
20 pending proceedings before this court as the case was closed on June 27, 2006." See
21 Motion to Withdraw at 2. In fact, Defendants’ Bill of Costs and Motion for Attomeys’
22 F eesl currently are pending before this Court.
