Nature of the Action.

Plaintiff filed her Complaint pro per seeking damages for an alleged violation of the ADA by Defendant for allegedly refusing to grant Plaintiff's request for a work place accommodation. Defendant filed an Answer denying that it violated the ADA in any way and stating that it had offered Plaintiff an accommodation which she refused. IV. Stipulations and Undisputed Facts. There are no stipulated facts. It is undisputed that Plaintiff suffered a work related injury and received workers compensation benefits. V. Witnesses. A. Plaintiff's Witnesses. Unknown at this time.
