I/M Diaz 132778 viewed the second SMU Il video today and signed the
affidavit. I
I/M Mullins 094524 viewed the second SMU ll video today and signed the
affidavit.
Out of the three tapes you send, two were the same (Corrections Video
57 min.), and one is the new SMU ll video.
I/M Baptisto 060090 viewed the second SMU II video, the corrections
video and the corrections video he has on his property (both are the
same).
Because I didn't get the first SMU Il video, he was unable to view it
and refused to sign the affidavit.
I/M states, that if it's not neccessary to view the SMU ll Hrst video
he wants the affidavit changed from " I have viewed the two SMU Il
videos and the "Corrections" video" to " I have viewed the SMU ll
video and the Corrections video.
I will fax you the two affidavits and send the originals with the 3
tapes to your office.
Please advise, if you need to send the first SMU ll video for Baptisto
to view.
