Defendant Robertson's Controverting and Supplemental
Statement of Facts is in error when stating Administrative remedies
are not exhausted.
Attached is a copy of the denial of relief from the grievance
and compliance administrator, Annie Landrum. She states, "... I
am unable to assist you with grievance #02-0275 as that is a medical
issue. I am not a medical professional and may not interfere with
medical issues. You must send your medical appeal to: Dr. Robertson..."
Attached also is a letter giving notice to Defendants prior
to filing this action: This letter dated 2/3/03 and addressed to
Dr. Robertson was accompanied by the typed grievance statement,
Bates # CCA—COOK 01353.
Attached also is Mel Henry's response to the 2/3/03 letter
addressed to Robertson.
Attached also is my resp se to Mel Henry's response (Bates
# 01356) dated 9/16/02.
The assertion that Administrative Remedies were not exhausted
· is false and megritless, which is demonstrated by exhibits attached
and previously served on Defendants.
