15 A Judgment was entered in the above action on February 3, 2006 in favor of
16 Continental Promotion Group, Inc. ("CPG") and against Ericsson, Inc. ("Ericsson") in the
17 amount of $12,439.27, plus pre-judgment interest at ten percent (10%) per annum on the
18 principal amount (calculated on specified portions for specified periods), plus post-
19 judgment interest at the federal statutory rate. -
20 For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
21 pursuant to settlement and compromise of the above action, CPG hereby acknowledges that
22 this Judgment has been satisfied in full.
23 It is certified that there are no outstanding writs of execution with any Sheriff, .
24 Marshall or other govemmental agent or official.
25 It is further certified that the Judgment has not been recorded in any county of any
26 state, nor has any abstract of the Judgment. In addition, no notice of any judgment lien
27 arising from the Judgment has been filed with any governmental authority, agent or official
28 in any state.
