Street, Phoenix, Arizona, Courtroom 503 on Tuesday, J anuagy 9, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. for
Status Conference before Judge James A. Teilborg to discuss case status, trial date, deadlines
and how the case shall proceed. Upon completion of trial in this case, defendant shall be
transported back to Florence ADMAX-USP, Florence, Colorado, unless otherwise ordered
