On November 16, 2006, 22 undersigned counsel filed a motion to continue sentencing in CR-06-621-PHX-JAT, 23 for a period of 30 days, from the current date of December 11, 2006. In order to keep 24 both the sentencing hearing and the disposition hearing on the date, it is requested 25 26 27 28 that this matter be continued for a period of 30 days, and to be scheduled at the same date and time as the sentencing in CR-06-621-PHX-JAT.
