Court Interpreting Services Acceptance of the Kentucky Certification Policy

I, _________________________________________________ understand, as a Staff Interpreter or Freelance Interpreter, I shall read, sign, accept and adhere to the Kentucky Certification Policy. I understand that refusal to read, sign, accept and adhere to the Kentucky Certification Policy for Interpreters shall be grounds for disciplinary action for Staff Interpreters and for removal from the AOC Directory for Freelance Interpreters. Freelance Interpreters will no longer be permitted to interpret for the Court of Justice upon removal from the AOC Directory.
