The United States Attomey charges:
On or about September 19, 2007 within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of
the United States, more specifically, that is land occupied by Dover Air Force Base, in the District
of Delaware,
TERESA D. HARGROVE l
did commit an assault against Temika Carter in violation of ll Delaware Statute, Section 61 l.
Violations of Delaware Statutes on land under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States are
assimilated into violations of federal law pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1.
