Defendants Terwin Holdings, LLC and Terwin Employees LLC ("Defendants") and
Plaintiff Sovereign Bank (collectively, the "Parties"), by and through their undersigned counsel,
hereby respectfully move the Court to transfer this action to the United States District Court for
the Eastem District of Pennsylvania. In support thereof, the Parties aver as follows:
1. Defendants consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania for this action.
2. A related matter is currently pending in the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania, captioned as Sovereign Bank v. Terwin Advisors LLC, U.S.D.C.
E.D. Pa. Civil Action No. 08-402 (LS).
3. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § l404(a), for the convenience of parties and witnesses and
= U in the interest of justice, the Parties respectfully request that the Court order that this action be
transferred to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and
marked related to Sovereign Bank v. Terwin Advisors LLC, U.S.D.C. E.D. Pa. Civil Action No.
