Motions are to be filed directly with the judge assigned to your case. If your complaint has not been assigned to a judge, the motion must be filed with the judge assigned to the geographical area in which your property is located. You can obtain the name, address and telephone number of this judge by contacting the Tax Court Management Office or from the Internet at www.njcourts.com under Tax Court. When you file a motion you must simultaneously send copies of all documents to the other party.
