NOW on this day of , , the court, having reviewed the abovecaptioned case file, finds as follows: That pursuant to 30-2648 and Nebraska Supreme Court Rule #42, every conservator of an estate shall, not later than 30 days after the expiration of one year after Letters are issued and annually thereafter, file with the court a complete account of his or her administration including an itemized statement of assets in his/her possession at the end of the accounting period, along with the required court fee and an affidavit of mailing showing that copies of the accounting were sent to all interested parties including the bonding company. That one year and 30 days have elapsed since the date the Letters were issued. That no accounting has been received by this court. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT THE CONSERVATOR, , appear before the County Court on cause why he/she should not be removed as conservator for , a protected person.
