  • Agreement to Settle Disputed Account

    This Agreement to Settle Disputed Account is between a creditor and a debtor who agrees to pay a certain amount on disputed account. This agreement sets out the names of both creditor and debtor, the amount creditor claims is due and the transaction for which the amount is owed. It also sets out the amount that debtor agrees to pay. This Agreement to Settle Disputed Account must be signed by both creditor and debtor.

    This Letter from Debtor to Collection Agency sets forth in writing that collection agency must immediately cease all communication with debtor regarding a specific debt. This letter sets forth the reasons under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

    This Request for Payment is from a creditor to a debtor and requests that payment be made immediately. This request identifies the parties, the amount of payment and what the payment is for. This Request for Payment also sets out what legal remedies will be taken is payment is not received.

  • Subordination Agreement

    This Subordination Agreement is between a mortgagee and a lender. In this agreement mortgagee agrees to subordinate to a mortgage which lender is about to take. This agreement sets forth the property to be mortgaged and includes relevant recording information. This Subordination Agreement must be signed by the subordinator in the presence of a notary public.
