ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Orders 15. The Court approves the parties' Rule 170 ADR Stipulation. 16. Because the parties have not filed a Rule 170 ADR Stipulation, or the Stipulation is incomplete, the following orders are entered: A. Pursuant to Superior Court Rule 170, the parties are responsible for contacting the neutral to arrange the ADR session. The parties are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and complying with all provisions of Rule 170 which is available online at www.courts.state.nh.us (click on Office of Mediation and Arbitration).
