Whereupon the Court proceeded to inspect the bond and evidences thereof and, based upon such inspection, hereby ADJUDGES the bond, and the evidences of the same presented to the Court, to be sufficient and hereby APPROVES the same as to sufficiency and form. It is hereby ORDERED that if the bond and evidences thereof have not been previously filed with the Clerk of this Court, the same is hereby filed. It is further ORDERED that the conservator or guardian named above shall submit a true copy of the bond and evidences thereof to any fiduciary supervisor or fiduciary commissioner hereinbefore or hereinafter appointed in this case. The Clerk shall enter the foregoing as and for the day and date first above written and shall transmit an attested copy thereof to the conservator or guardian named above.
