The above-referenced individual was admitted to the Mental Health Whit of this facility on November 28, 2 0 0 5 , pursuant to the provisions of Title 18, United States Code, Section 4241(d).

Currently, the asaigned Treatment Team members are conducting interviews and psychological testing with Mr. Hill, which are

neceaeaxy to complete his evaluation. We have calculated the evaluation period to end on January 11, 2 0 0 6 . My staff will attempt to complete the evaluation as soon as possible and have a final report to the Court within 14 day$ of the end date.
