For an agreed rate, the above-identified motor vehicle repair and servicing business agrees to service all motor vehicles offered for sale or sold at retail by the above-named motor vehicle dealer applicant, on warranties or otherwise, during the license year. It is mutually understood and acknowledged that approval of this agreement by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is a condition precedent to the issuance of a license to the motor vehicle dealer applicant named above.
