2009 ELECTRICITY SURCHARGE RATE

Under section 40016 of the Energy Resources Surcharge Law, the California Energy
Commission is authorized to determine the electricity surcharge rate for each
calendar year.
The Energy Commission has notified the Board of Equalization that the electrical
surcharge rate for calendar year 2009 shall remain at twenty-two-hundredths mill
($.00022) per kilowatt-hour.
