Instructions
General information
This schedule must be prepared to support the claim for simulcast credits during the period reported. The claim for each day's simulcast credit must include all off-track regions receiving simulcasts. No credit will be allowed on any date for which an incomplete listing of participating off-track regions is provided. Total off-track simulcast handle -- Add the off-track simulcast handles entered for all participating regions for each date and enter the total on this line. Lower of track/OTB simulcast handle -- Enter the lower of the on-track or off-track simulcast handle. Simulcast credit percentage -- Enter the applicable credit rate for each date indicated. Simulcast credit due -- Multiply the entry on the Lower of track or OTB simulcast handle line by the simulcast credit percentage and enter the result on this line. Total simulcast credits -- Add all entries on the Simulcast credit due line to determine the total simulcast credits; enter here and on line 6 of Form AU-212, Pari-Mutuel Betting Tax Return.

Line instructions
Date -- Enter at the head of each column the date (month, day and year) for which simulcast credit is claimed. On-track handle -- Enter the on-track betting handle for each date indicated. Off-track betting simulcast handle -- Enter the off-track simulcast betting handle for all participating regions on the appropriate line.
