° United States Marshal to pay transportation expenses necessary for the defendant to travel from
-L Hartford, Connecticut to Houston, Texas on June 24, 2005. This motion is based upon the United
`U States Marshals Transportation Expenses Act, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4285, and the previous determination
% by this Court that Mr. Alexander is indigent within the meaning ofthe Criminal Justice Act, 18 U.S.C.
Q § 3006A(a). Mr. Alexander lacks the funds necessary to pay for the transportation.
