This cause came on for consideration of the pro gg complaint 1
before the Honorable Alfred V. Covello, United States District 1
Judge. 1
The Court has considered the complaint and all the papers 1
submitted in connection with the complaint. On October 21, 2003, 1
the Court filed its Ruling and. Order dismissing the complaint 1
pursuant 28 U.S.C. § l915(e)(2)(B)(i). 1
It is therefore ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the complaint be 1
dismissed prejudice pursuant 28 U.S.C. § 19l5(e)(2)(B)(i) and the 1
matter closed, in accordance with the Court's Ruling and Order. 1
