3. Greenwich Public Schools had defermined fhaf I qualified for special
educafion and relafed services;
4. I affended various PPT meefings concerning myself including PPT
rneefings fhaf were scheduled on April I6, l999, December I4, I999, May 26, 2000
and Sepfember 5, 200i:
5. I have reviewed Ihe affidavif prepared by Joseph Russo dafed February
I6, 2005 for a case involving myself and Greenwich Board of Educafion, Civil
Acfion No. 3:02 CV 2I92 {WWE):
6. I don‘f recognize, nor do I have a specific recollecfion of receiving a
copy of Ihe nofice of procedural safeguards fhaf were annexed fo Mr. Russo's
affidavif as Exhibif A, Exhibif B and Exhibif C af PPT meefings convened on April I6,
I999, December I4, I999 and May 26, 2000. Furfher, I have no recollecfion of Mr. I
Russo providing my mofher Sharon Bruno wifh a copy of fhose procedural
safeguards, even fhough a check mark on Ihe PPT/IEP forms indicated fhaf a
