IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties and counsel shall meet and confer, comply with the disclosure requirements of Rule 49, and submit a written Resolution Statement as prescribed by Rule 98, form 4 or 5 as applicable, not less than five days prior to the date set for the Resolution Management Conference or evidentiary hearing.
