ORDER APPOINTING PLENARY GUARDIAN FOR DISABLED PERSON

The appointment of a guardian ad litem is not necessary for the protection of the disabled person or a reasonably informed decision on the petition. * 4. No other suitable and willing person other than the State Guardian, could be found to accept the guardianship appointment. 5.
