You will get a third copy time-stamped by the Court so you can send this copy to the BMV and keep a copy for yourself. Bring a copy of your notice of suspension to Court for filing. YOU MUST HAVE INSURANCE INFORMATION FORM FILLED OUT BY YOUR INSURANCE AGENT AND BRING THIS WITH YOU TO YOUR COURT DATE. A COPY OF YOUR NOTICE OF SUSPENSION MUST BE FILED WITH THE ORIGINAL PETITION. You should be aware that if driving privileges are granted, they will only be considered valid upon completion of a remedial driving course and the filing of your SR-22 insurance bond with the BMV. Failure to complete these BMV requirements will invalidate any privileges granted by the court, so it may be a good idea to take your remedial driving course and file the SR-22 bond BEFORE appearing at Court.
