The stipulation filed provides an acceptable basis for the final resolution of this litigation. Accordingly, in full accord with the terms of the stipulation filed by the parties, it is ORDERED that final judgment be ENTERED in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $275,000.00, inclusive of interest, with each party to bear its own costs, attorney fees and expenses.
