Based on the representations contained therein, the deadline established in the court's June 2, 2005 Order is extended as follows: If the parties cannot achieve agreement on a final judgment regarding sand and gravel, plaintiffs shall file on or before August 5, 2005 a motion for entry of judgment addressing the statute of limitations issue as reserved in the sand and gravel Settlement Agreement filed October 2, 2002. Defendant's response and plaintiffs' reply shall be filed in accordance with the time limits provided by RCFC 7.2.
