White. In her letter, Mrs. White states that a Motion to Intervene in this case was submitted to this court in August 2006 by Ms. Edith Cassady on behalf of Mrs. White and others in a "Sioux City Group." Mrs. White states that the Clerk's office has not provided information about the status of this motion to intervene. The Clerk did not file Mrs. White's letter of January 19 and its enclosures because it did not comply with the Rules of the Court of Federal Claims ("RCFC") in a number of respects. Among other things, Mrs. White's letter was not in the proper form, lacking a proper caption and otherwise failing to comply with the rules of this court for proper filing and service. The letter will not be filed, and the court accordingly directs the Clerk to return the letter sent by Mrs. White. It is so ORDERED.
