This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of the Plaintiff to permit Ms. Voigt to testify via telephone at the Rule 702 hearing on May 11, 2006 at 11 a.m. and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED.
