The Court has reviewed the Motion for Payment of Receiver' Fees and Expenses dated s January 31, 2007, and the Receiver' Fifth Application for Fees and Expenses attached thereto and, s being advised in the premises, finds that the amount requested by the Receiver for its fees and expenses during the period October 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 is reasonable. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall pay $36,631.56 to Patten, MacPhee & Associates, Inc., which funds are to be drawn first from the interest portion of the funds held in the registry of this Court under this case name and number. Dated this 1st day of February, 2007.
