ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT OF RECEIVER'S FEES AND EXPENSES

The Court has reviewed the Motion for Payment of Receiver's Fees and Expenses dated May 31, 2006, and the Receiver's Second Application for Fees and Expenses attached thereto and, being advised in the premises, finds that the amount requested by the Receiver for its fees and expenses during the period December 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006 is reasonable. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall pay $18,053.42 to Patten, MacPhee & Associates, Inc., which funds are to be drawn from funds held in the registry of this Court under this case name and number.
