Page Two 01-CR-00364-WDM October 26, 2007 Ms. Yunker advises that the defendant is prepared to admit to violations 1 through 4 contained in the Petition for Violations of Supervised Release. Defendant is sworn and admits to violations 1 through 4 contained in the Petition for Violations of Supervised Release. Defendant addresses the Court. Court concludes that the defendant has violated the conditions of supervised release. ORDERED: Supervised Release is REVOKED and REINSTATED as follows: 1. Defendant shall be imprisoned for 5 months. Imposition of sentence is suspended. Defendant shall reside in a Community Corrections Center for a period of 5 months and shall abide by the rules of that facility.

ORDERED: Any violations of the rules of the Community Corrections Center or supervision during the five months will result in the imposition of a term of imprisonment. ORDERED: Upon release from the Community Correction Center, defendant shall be placed on supervised release until July 31, 2008. ORDERED: Defendant advised of right to appeal. Any notice of appeal must be filed within 10 days. ORDERED: Bond is continued. 11:30 a.m. COURT IN RECESS 24 minutes
