Statement by Ms. Grady Statement by the defendant The Court finds that based upon the admissions previously entered and entered today that the defendant has violated his conditions of supervised release as charged in the Petition, 2 through 6 and 7 and 8. ORDERED: Supervised Release is REVOKED and Defendant is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a period of 20 months, with no supervision to follow. The sentence imposed is one which the Court finds and concludes is sufficient but not greater than necessary to comply with the purposes set forth in paragraph (2) of 18 U.S.C. ยง 3553(a).
