Doc. 22. That allegation charges the defendant with a law violation, to wit, that he committed the offense of criminal mischief on March 12, 2008. According to information provided by the Probation Office, the offense reportedly occurred in Colorado Springs, Colorado, at about 11:00 a.m. on March 12, 2008. The defendant claims he was at Turnabout, Inc., a job placement service for offenders, in Denver, Colorado at about 10:45 a.m. on March 12, 2008. Turnabout, Inc. is located at 915 East 9th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80218.
