SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT

Judgment was rendered in favor of the above-named Plaintiff and against the abovenamed Defendant in the above-entitled action, on the 28th day of July 2005, in the sum of sixtyfour thousand, five hundred and thirteen dollars and forty-nine cents ($64,513.49), which judgment accrued interest at a rate of 3.68 percent per annum, and costs in the amount of eight hundred and twenty-three dollars and fifty-three cents ($823.53). The undersigned does hereby acknowledge payment of said judgment, with interest and costs in full, and authorizes and requests the Clerk of the Court to enter full satisfaction of judgment as described above as to the Defendant.
